Refunds, returns and size swaps

At Luckies, I want you to be 100% happy. I offer replacements and refunds in line with Australian Consumer Law. Need a hand with your order? Email hello@luckies.shop and I'll work through it with you. Return requests are accepted within 30 days of the original shipment date.

Free size swaps
Wrong size? I'll swap it.

• Email hello@luckies.shop within 30 days of your order shipping.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and have tags attached (because ew).
• You post them back. Once they arrive, I'll send your new size free.
• One swap per order, subject to stock.

Change of mind
I don't offer refunds for change of mind. Not sure on size? Check the size guide or email me before you order. My sizing is generous, and I'm happy to help you pick.

Faulty items
If your Luckies are faulty, I'll fix it with a replacement or refund, as required by Australian Consumer Law.

Posting returns
Please use tracked postage. I can't take responsibility for items lost in transit.
