Refund policy

At Luckies, we want you to be 100% happy. We offer replacements and refunds in line with Australian Consumer Law as set out in this refund policy. This law is there to protect you and should be fair for all parties. If you aren't completely happy with your Luckies we want to hear from you. Email hello@luckies.shop so we can work through it with you. We accept return requests within 30 days of the original shipment date.

You are responsible for posting back items, unused (because ew). We recommend using parcel tracking as we can't take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Change of mind purchases will not be refunded. Please reference our size chart and note our sizing is generous.
