I’m a small-town girl. Kiama is my beachy hometown. It’s a pretty special place – close enough to Sydney, but far enough that the pace slows down a little.
One of the best things about this town? The people. Like Jade Fisher – a British artist who now lives in Gerringong, just ten minutes from me. We met through friends, and it didn’t take long for me to fall for her work. Her use of colour is next level – bright, bold, and still soft somehow. And she's an ace person to boot.
So I asked Jade if she’d like to collaborate on a run of Luckies. She said yes. (Bless her.)
She sent through a few of her florals, and I picked two that felt just right. From there, I chose a gingham trim to match – because if you know me, you know I love a little clash. Then it was off to my manufacturing team in India to get the first samples made.
Now I’m madly working on everything that needs to be done to get them on the site – and on your bum.
